How do I unbox my Dual Monitor SmartDesk?
The SmartDesk comes packaged in three core boxes, plus additional boxes for any add-ons. Before assembly, bring your packaged SmartDesk to a spacious area to start unboxing.
The desk will be assembled upside down and then flipped over by two or more adults. Due to the monitor mount geometry, we recommend resting the tabletop portion of the desk on a couch or table (protected by foam or cardboard) with the monitor mount side close to the edge to allow the mounts to be assembled beyond the edge.
Remove all components from packaging and thoroughly inspect all parts for damage before beginning assembly. Please contact SmartDesk if any damage has occurred.
A Thunderbolt 3 port is required to connect. Select your laptop from the menu below to check the compatibility.
