(What If My 13 MP Camera (See3CAM_130) Is Not Working?)
Step1: Check your privacy settings: if you recently updated Windows 10, you may need to give apps permission to use the camera. This is because in newer versions of Windows 10, some apps don’t have default access to the camera.
To let apps access the camera, select the Start button, and then select Settings > Privacy > Camera. Then turn on Allow apps to access your camera.
After allowing access to the camera, you can choose which apps can access it under Choose which apps can access your camera.
If Step1 does not solve the issue, please go to Step2.
Step2: Check whether the 13 MP camera (See3CAM_130) is plugged in to the PC:
Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the search results.
Find See3CAM_130 under Imaging devices or Sound, video and game controllers.
If you do not find See3CAM_130, please unplug the USB 3.0 cable that is coming from the Left Wedge and going into the USB 3.1 port (RED in color) in the back of the PC and re-plug it in to the same USB 3.1 port.
Step3: If the problem persists, please call support.
