The monitor(s) appear dull or dark when connected to my Mac
This article will guide macOS users through disabling High Dynamic Range.
- In macOS Catalina 10.15.4 or later, choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
- Click Displays. Three Display Preference windows will appear, one for each SmartDesk Connect display.
- Deselect the High Dynamic Range checkbox for each display.
NOTE: You’ll have to disable it for each of the SmartDesk Connect monitors, a total of 3 checkboxes.
