Why do my phone calls cut in and out while I am making a call with my SmartDesk?
VOIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol, which basically means you are using an internet connection to make your phone call. Please ensure that you have an internet speed that is capable of supporting VOIP, and that is running at an appropriate speed.
You will want to work with your internet provider for recommending internet speeds to support VOIP and all other internet activity. If after speaking to your internet provider and ensuring you are at the appropriate tier of service you are still experiencing problems with your VOIP call quality, please contact our technical support team at 1-888-260-4252 for further assistance.
