Why isn't the wireless charger charging my phone?
Step1: Phone should have wireless charging capability. Please check if the wireless charging of your device is Qi wireless technology.
Step2: If it is, try re-positioning the phone over the LED ring till the LED light changes from dim blue to bright blue.
Step3: If your phone supports Qi wireless charging, and the wireless charger is still not working, please try your phone on the charger without the case. Some phone cases will impede the technology.
Step4: If this does not work, or you have further questions, please contact technical support for further assistance.
